SWDS Consultation is an interior design service that provides interior design direction as well as answers any pressing questions you may have regarding your design project. All consultations are completed within 60 minutes and can be performed on-site. All consultations must be scheduled minimally 1 week prior to meeting. Consultations are limited to one consultation per customer.

SWDS Home staging services provide tips to  help simplify and reduce clutter in the sellers home. Services includes supervising design work in the field such as painting, landscaping, flooring, cabinetry and staging the interior of the home. 

SWDS space planning services includes inventory of existing furniture, cad drafting of new proposed layout. Review and presentation to client of a total of 2 meetings. Inventory of existing furniture. Upon approval, SWDS will provide final drawings to client. ​

SWDS inspiration boards include finish, material, furniture, accessory and fixture ideas or actual selections per space. 

SWDS color coordination and selection services will assist client with paint, wall covering or tile color selection to develop color schemes that are aesthetically pleasing and coordinates with the adjacent spaces. SWDS will propose suggestions, document all new proposed selections, take inventory of any existing accessories or furniture and submit approved selections to vendors, or contractors involved with the project.   

SWDS will assist client in selecting Furniture, Fixture, Equipment and Accessories. SWDS will propose suggestions, document all new proposed selections, take inventory of any existing accessories or furniture and submit approved selections to vendors, or contractors involved with the project.   

SWDS documentation development includes to scale cad drawings of existing or proposed space.

SWDS Full Interior Design Services is a service that provides interior design services for residential and small commercial spaces from the beginning to the end of the project. It includes the following phases:

SWDS Restyling is an interior design service that will provide services to redecorate your existing space with new accessories. SWDS will meet with the client to evaluate the spaces in scope, evaluate the exiting furnishings and styles. After the initial meeting, SWDS will shop for new accessories in attendance or not in attendance with the client. All accessories can be purchased directly by the client at cost or through SWDS with a markup included. 

SWDS move management services will interview with client to determine design needs and desires and discuss existing furniture selections, inventory all existing furniture, document all existing furniture, coordinate with Moving Contractors. supervise all moving contractors, inspect all installations at job site.  

SWDS Design Tips are free for the first 3 design tip provided via email. SWDS will provide tips on color schemes, styles, ideas on room layout changes and/or tips on DIY projects. All tips after the first 3, will be charged a flat rate fee. Please note, all tips will be shared via our Inspiration board.
